The user assumes responsibility for the use of Blackout-simulator to achieve intended results, the acquisition of other software (including any programming or operating system software) and/or equipment compatible with Blackout-simulator, and the installation, use and results obtained from Blackout-simulator.
Further, for the express purpose of limiting the liability against the Energieinstitut an der Johannes Kepler University Linz you agree that, the Energieinstitut an der Johannes Kepler University Linz shall in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the licensed software, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or otherwise, regardless of the form of action, even if Energieinstitut an der Johannes Kepler University Linz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The utilization of the current version (as of the day of registration) of www.blackout-simulator.com is free of charge until further notice. If the free-to-use status of the tool www.blackout-simulator.com changes, users will be notified via email and on the website www.blackout-simulator.com through which you registered for this tool. Potential future costs of use as well as the payment methods will be specified and communicated to you at that time. Until you explicitly agree to the changes of conditions, you are not subject to charges associated with www.blackout-simulator.com. However functionalities might be limited in case of not agreeing to the amended conditions. Regardless of version, account type and available functionalities, liability restrictions as stated above always apply.
